Edwardian Silver Wager Cup

A fine quality and collectable solid silver 'wager' cup in superb condition, hallmarked London 1903. The base of the cup in the form of a skirt with hand chased scroll design decoration and the bodice of a lady above. The arms of the lady holding two supports with a smaller cup suspended above; decorated to match the base. Traditionally used at weddings, the groom drinking from the larger cup and the bride the smaller one at the same time.
