Edwardian Silver The Little Goose Girl Frame
A superb quality Edwardian embossed solid silver photo frame ' The Little Goose Girl', hallmarked Birmingham 1904. The silver surround fashioned in the Art Nouveau style with superb embossed decoration depicting the German fairy tale by the brothers Grimm. A young girl set to the left side following geese across the base, climbing flowers to the top and right side. Mounted on a solid polished oak back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Abrahall & Bint. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Takes photo 5.25" x 3.5" Measures 8" high x 6.75"... wide. Stock number 37912.
