Edwardian Silver Rimmed Match Striker
An immaculate large Edwardian solid silver and cut crystal match striker with segmented design base, hallmarked London 1909. Slightly squat ribbed crystal base for striking the matches against with vertical lines giving a segmented effect. The central hole for storing the matches has a quality silver rim to the top, which returns around the hole edge. Bears the makers mark for London silversmith Henry Perkins & Sons along with slightly rubbed but readable hallmarks. Superb quality and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine to the rim, and clear damage fr...ee crystal. Measures 3" diameter x 2.5" high. Stock number 41719.
