A heavy quality Edwardian solid silver and bone handled presentation trowel, hallmarked Sheffield 1910. Bears the maker's mark for Walker & Hall. Solid silver pointed end trowel with scalloped edge to... the stepped silver collar mounted bone handle. Superb engraving to the trowel with fern and flower decoration. Clear hallmarks along with the makers name Walker & Hall on all sections. A difficult to find item and this particular trowel is unusual as the engraving does not include a persons initials, dates or reason for presentation. Presented in excellent condition. Measures 11.5" long x 3.25" wide x 1.25" high. Stock number 38392.
