Edwardian Period Fruitwood Inlaid Irish Mantel Clock

An Edwardian period fruitwood inlaid Irish retailed mantel clock.c.1900. Porcelain convex dial bearing the retailer's name, Chancellor & Son of Dublin. Brass bezel surround with convex bevelled glass front. French 8 Day movement in full working order. Fruitwood garland inlay to the front of the arched top case. Satinwood & ebony crossbanding to the surround. Flower decoration to the underside of the dial in two tone fruitwoods. Moulded edge to the base, standing on brass bun feet. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 6" x 3" deep x 9"high. Stock no.37955.
