Edwardian Oak Sign Written File Cabinet
A superior quality Edwardian period solid oak tambour front file cabinet with original sign written file trays c.1910. Solid oak top with moulded edge sat over panelled oak sides, key release tambour front, apron foot below. The fall front with original working lock and key release, the front falling to reveal an original fitted interior (see video). Nine A4 sized file drawers each with solid oak front rail sign written in black and gilt indicating the use for each tray, brass label holders set to the side. Superb quality and condition with a rich original polish. Measures 19" wid...e x 17.5" deep x 46" high. Stock number 39057.
