Edwardian Inlaid Mantel Clock
A fine quality petal shaped Edwardian figured mahogany mantel clock with 8 day Swiss movement c.1900. The petal shaped figured mahogany case with a slender column and swept foot to the base; decorative fruitwood inlays to the top and below the dial. Swiss 8 day movement by Buren with platform escapement, sat behind a porcelain dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Polished brass bezel set with bevelled edge glass over the dial. Fully overhauled and working, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 11.5" high x 6" wide x 3.5" deep. Stock number 3...9611.
