Edwardian Engine Turned Silver Card Box
A fine quality Edwardian engine turned silver card box by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths, hallmarked London 1908. Slightly domed top with honeycomb design engine turned finish panel, repeated to the sides. The heavy quality box with hinged opening lid, opens to reveal a dark green leather lined interior with three sections to hold cards, dice and counters. Original embossed and gilded presentation giving an interesting history. Bears the makers mark for Goldsmiths & Silversmiths. Heavy quality and presented in excellent condition with a deep shine.
