An Edwardian embossed solid silver photo frame with mahogany back by Henry Matthews; hallmarked Birmingham 1902. The solid silver face with embossed gadrooned decoration, swept fretted outer border and ribbon bow crest to the top. Mounted on a solid polished mahogany back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Henry Matthews along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate condition. Takes photograph 2.5" x 3.5". Measures overall 3.75" wide x 5.25" high.
