A stylish Edwardian Arts & Crafts solid brass electric lantern with original glazed panels to each side, polished and rewired ready for use c.1910. The hand formed solid brass frame with ...slightly flared sides, frosted glass panels brass bars forming a grill over each. Peaked roof to the top with riveted domed vents to each side, plus hanging hook to the top. Visible rivets and punched decoration throughout. Polished and rewired with silk covered flex and new lamp holder ready for use. Can be supplied with short length of brass chain and ceiling plate for lower hanging if required. Measures 5" square x 10.5" high to top of hanging hook. Stock number 41960.
