An early period walnut single drawer side table with bobbin turned legs and axe drop handles c.1700. Unusually constructed in solid walnut, the top with moulded edge sat over a single drawer base. ...The drawer with early design recessed runners to the sides and axe drop brass handles. Moulded waist below, bobbin turned legs to the corners supported by a moulded base stretcher, with bun feet below. Excellent rich colour and deep polish, ideal as a side or hall table. Measures 33" wide x 16.5" deep x 28" high. Stock number 39895.
