Early Victorian Timber Gilt Segmented Over Mantel Mirror
An early Victorian period plaster gilt over mantle mirror with original glass and gilt finish. C.1860. Segmented 10 pane construction with beveled edge centre pane. Decorative plaster gilt decoration to the outer edge, and original ribbon design wirework pediment to the top. Original glass with aged appearance. Original gilt finish with some minor repairs that do not spoil the overall look. Measures 41.5 " wide x 32" high x 1.5" deep.
