Early Victorian Timber Gilt Mirror
An Early Victorian timber gilt framed mirror with original glass C.1850. Stepped cornice with egg and dart decoration and a scroll work leaf design boarder below. Corinthian mounts to the reeded pilasters set either side of the plain inner boarder. Mounts to the base with flower head pateras. Original mirror glass in worn condition and patinated gilt finish. Measures 34" high x 23.5" wide x 4" maximum depth at the cornice. Stock number 36054.
