Early Victorian Sheffield Silver Tankard
An early Victorian engraved solid silver tankard with decorative cast silver handle, hallmarked Sheffield 1857. Bellied base with flared rim above, Rocco design foot to the base and matching design cast silver handle set to the side. The sides of the vessel with decorative engraving and blank cartouche to the side; immaculate gilt lined interior. Bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths Martin Hall & Co along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine.
