Early Victorian Miniature Portrait of a Gentleman
An Early Victorian framed miniature portrait of a young gentleman in original decorative gilt brass and faux pearl frame. c.1850. Superbly painted on bone and in excellent condition, signed to the pillar. Sat behind convex glass. Glazed to the rear over velvet with a monogram set to the centre. Sat in original gilt brass frame with decorative filigree work set with faux pearls. Measures 6" wide x 7.5" high x 0.5" deep. Stock number 32930.
