This acrylic on card painting is entitled 'Evening Sun' and is catalogued as 320 to the rear. Signed D McIntyre towards the bottom left corner of the painting. The work depicts a cluster of dwellings and trees on a shore line with two boats. With a wonderful colour pallet bringing the scene to life in typical McIntyre style. Donald McIntrye (1923 - 2009) is a British artist renown for his landscape works, particularly in Scotland and Wales. He held many solo exhibitions including at the Royal Academy in London and Royal Scottish Academy in Scotland.
