Early Moorcroft Pansy on White Roll Neck Dish
An early Moorcroft Pansy pattern rolled rim dish with desirable off white background, signed William Moorcroft to the base c.1913. The shallow dish with rolled over rim and desirable off white background is decorated with a large tube lined pansy in deep purple with soft green foliage to the bowl interior. The exterior decorated with a continuous band of pansy buds painted in soft yellows set against a pale green wash. Signed William Moorcroft to the base, along with a Moorcroft, Burslem factory impression indicating a date of manufacture of 1913. Presented in imma...culate perfect condition.
