Early Georgian Period Oak Bible Box on Stand

An Early Georgian period oak bible box on stand.c.1720. Lunar carved front and gimped edges, repeated to the lift up top. On a later turned support and cross rail stand. Original lock plate. Superb original colour and patina. Measures 24.5" x 15.75"deehigh. Stock no.31207.
