Early 18th Century Walnut Birdcage Longcase Clock

An Early 18th Century figured walnut 30 hour longcase clock. Made by Stephen Wilmhurst of Odiham (Hampshire) working 1695-1705. Brass dial with matted centre and single pointer to the birdcage movement. Fruitwood inlaid and walnut panels to the front and sides. Bullseye glass to the centre of the beaded door. Ebonised spiral twist supports to the moulded cornice hood. Side view windows and fretwork top. Nice slim proportions measuring 78"high x 18" maximum width x 8"deep. Full working order.
