Barkers of Kensington Bulkhead Barometer
A top quality late Victorian brass cased ships bulk head marine barometer by highly regarded maker John Barker of Kensington c.1900. The deep polished brass case mounted on the original turned oak plinth with brass hanging mount to the top. Aneroid movement sat behind a white porcelain dial with glazed view window over the top and centre reading marker; mounted in a cast polished brass bezel. Fully serviced and working, presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 11" diameter at the rear x 8" dial diameter x 4" deep. Stock number 39089.
