Aspreys Silver & Lizard Skin Top Powder Jar
An Aspreys George V period solid silver and lizard skin topped cut crystal powder jar with fitted interior, hallmarked London 1936. The heavy quality solid silver top; with inset lizard skin panel to the top and polished rim to the side. Decorative cut crystal base with inner silver rim, the top lifting off to reveal a clean gilded interior. Inner tray with circular recess to hold the powder puff, the tray lifting out to access the powder below. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded London retailers Asprey, along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented i...n excellent condition. Measures 3" wide x 3" deep x 1.75" high.
