An Antique Art Nouveau style mahogany inlaid mantel clock.c.1900. Porcelain dial bearing the retailer's name, Wheatley of Carlisle. Brass bezel surround with bevelled edge glass. 8 Day French movement in full working order. Herringbone inlaid stringing to the edges. Oval inlaid flower panel to the front of the slim proportioned case. Standing on brass bun feet. Superb colour and condition. Measures 4.75" x 3.5"deep x 10.5"high. Stock no.37162.
