Art Nouveau Copper Coal Scuttle
A stylish high quality Art Nouveau copper coal scuttle with embossed decoration and forged steel swing handle c.1910. Tapering sides and flared broad rim to the top. The sides decorated with a continuous band of embossed flower buds in typical Art Nouveau style. Forged steel handle to the top in upturned heart shape, small handle to the bottom of the side to help tip the coal out. Excellent quality and condition with no holes or dents, polished ready for use. Measures 12.5" diameter x 15" high (carry handle down). Stock number 40503.
