Archibald Kenrick & Sons Stick Stand
A superb quality early Victorian cast iron stick stand by Archibald Kenrick & Sons with date mark for 1848. The upstand with entwined grape vine decoration, huntsman's cap to the top and fox head to the bottom. The base with floral border to the edge and shell to the front. Three entwined loops with floral decoration at the top to hold the sticks in place. Bears the makers mark for the West Bromwich foundry of Archibald Kenrick & Sons to the base along with registered number diamond indicating 1848 as year of manufacture. Superb detail throughout and presented in immaculate con...dition. Measures 18.5" wide x 10" deep x 27.5" high at the back. Stock number 41406.
