An Outstanding quality Victorian antique figured walnut three bottle Tantalus with original cut crystal decanters c.1880. Shaped sides and moulded base in carefully selected solid figured timbers,the ...internal section with spaces for the three decanters. Silver plated locking bar to the top with decorative carrying handle. Locking catch to the side. Bears Betjamann's patent mark to the side. Matching silver plated ornate corner trims to the base and retailers label for 'Rowell of Oxford ' Original fine quality cut crystal cross cut decanters with matching stoppers, all in perfect condition. Superb original deep polish and excellent overall condition. Measures 13.5" wide x 5.25 deep x 12" to the top of the handle. Stock number 34203
