A compact proportioned antique Victorian period solid walnut rocking chair with carved decoration and cane work seat. c.1880. Decorative carved top rail and scrolled moulded sides with carved decorati...on. Sat on shaped fretted front legs upon a short rockers. Excellent cane work seat and matching back panel, superb mellow colour and polish. Measures 19.75" wide x 34" deep x 38" high to top of the back x 16" seat height.
