Antique Victorian Rosewood Stick Barometer
An antique Victorian period superior quality polished rosewood slim proportioned stick barometer by Williams of Bristol C.1850. Arched top case with engraved bone scale and vernier marker, original mercury action thermometer to the side. Sat behind a bevelled edge glass. Slim proportioned case with enclosed tube to the mercury action movement, turned cistern cover to the base. Superb rich colour and original deep polish, full working order. Measures 36" long x 4" wide (at the top) x 2" deep.
