Antique Sheraton Inlaid Derby Stick Barometer
A Late 19th Century antique mahogany Sheraton inlaid stick barometer c.1890. Made by Davis & Sons of Derby(w.1860-1900). Silvered engraved scale with vernier marker and thermometer. Front opening glazed case door and broken arch pediment to the top. Visible tube to the book matched veneer case. Turned cistern cover with inlay to the base. Fruitwood stringing throughout. Full working order. Measures 38" long x 4.5" wide x 3" deep. Stock no. 36173.
