An Antique late Victorian polished mahogany Sheraton inlaid aneroid barometer by Maples of London C1890. Sheraton sunburst to the top and base, with shell inlays to the centre. Architectural pediment ...to the top with original brass finial, fruitwood and ebony strung edge. Engraved silvered dial to the aneroid movement set behind bevel edge glass with a polished brass bezel with central reading marker. Red alcohol thermometer set on a matching silvered scale. Superb condition, full working order. Measures 38" long x 10" wide x 2.25" deep. Stock number 34175.
