Antique Polished Oak Sunderland Banjo Barometer
An antique Victorian polished oak banjo barometer c.1880. Made by Moss & Muir of Sunderland. Good porcelain dial bearing the maker's name to the centre. Brass bezel surround with bevelled edge glass and centre reading maker pointer. Matching porcelain thermometer scale above with mercury action thermometer. Flower carved decoration to the shaped top and leaf carving to the centre. Superb colour, condition and patina. Full working order. Medium size measuring 10.5" wide x 34" long x 2.75" deep.
