An Antique Edwardian period solid oak barograph with bevelled glasses and chart drawer to the base C.1910. Original gilt brass finish to the movement with bone scale mercury action thermometer set to ...the side. Sat in a polished oak case with bevelled quarter plate glass to the moulded frame. Two section chart drawer to the base with original turned knob. Bears the makers label for Thomas Armstrong & Brother of Manchester, a well regarded instruments and optical manufacturer. Fully overhauled movement. Comes with charts and ink ready for use. Measures 14.25" wide x 9" deep x 9" high. Stock number 34181.
