Antique Late Victorian Burr Walnut Tambour Top Jewellery Casket
An unusual late Victorian burr walnut tambour top jewel casket fitted interior and original cut crystal scent bottles. C.1890. Burr veneers to the exterior with tambour top and drawer below which when opened automatically opens the tambour top section. Opens to reveal a silk and leather lined fitted interior, lift out tray to the top section with compartment below. Three division drawer with a pair of original cut crystal scents in mint condition. Original polished brass fittings to the exterior. Superb colour and original patina. Measures 12" wide x 8.5" deep x 10" high.
