Antique Carved Timber Blackamoor Figure
An original Victorian carved timber Blackamoor figure C.1890. Depicting a Nubian servant and painted by hand with well detailed decoration and gilt relief. Sat on the original plinth and with the original oar. Small plinth on the hands for placing a candle or glass. Italian origin, superb original condition with a deep shine. Measures 37" high x 12" maximum width x 10" maximum depth. Stock number 34951.
