9ct Gold Mounted Birds Eye Maple Walking Stick

A superb quality birds eye maple walking stick with 9ct gold mount below the handle, hallmarked London 1934. Slightly tapering form, fashioned from solid birds eye maple with bentwood handle to the top; 9ct gold mount with presentation engraving and clear hallmarks. Bears the makers mark for London walking cane mount maker and specialist stick makers J. Howell & Co Ltd. Presented in immaculate condition with a rich colour and polish. Measures 35" long x 1" maximum diameter x 5" wide at the crook. Stock number 41243.
