19th Century Silver & Gilt Wine Bottle Pounce Pot
A 19th Century antique solid silver and gilt pounce pot in the form of a wine bottle. Hallmarked London 1865. Emerald green cut glass vessel with long silver mount to the neck. Threaded cork design silver gilt top with perforated holes to sprinkle the pounce powder to dry written ink. Excellent clean condition. Measures 1.5" diameter x 4.5"high. Stock no.36766
