19th Century French Boulle Striking Mantel Clock

A Top Quality 19th Century 'Boulle' work striking mantel clock.c.1880. Convex segmented porcelain dial and opening brass bezel surround. 8 Day French movement striking on the hour and half. Retailed by Mackay & Shields of Edinburgh. Red tortoiseshell with brass inlay to the shaped case. Ormolu mounts and shaped feet. Full working order. Measures 6.5" x 4"deep x 12"high.
