1950's Floor Standing Library Globe
A stylish 1950's floor standing papier mache library globe on mahogany tripod base. The 12" American papier mache globe in superb condition with raised detail and excellent colour and patination. Revolves in a gilt metal axis with matching mount to the stand. Turned mahogany column below with elegant umbrella style tripod foot; simulated painted brass stringing to each foot. Measures 34" high x 14" across the base x 13" wide at the globe. Stock number 39151.
