1930's 14" Papier Mache Globe
A 1930s 14" papier mache globe on polished steel axis with turned mahogany foot. Wide turned solid mahogany base with inset compass in working order and stepped column above. Polished crescent shaped axis with degrees engraved to one side supporting the globe. Original 14" papier mache globe in superb condition with a good original patina revolving in the axis. Presented in excellent condition with good colour and clarity to the globe and original polish to the foot, no repairs. Measures 15" maximum width x 8.5" diameter at the base x 20" high.
